Draft: under review
This page is a draft and may change before it is final.
Who we are
- lyrik is an independent business based in the UK. lyrik.fm is our tool for making lyric videos. Contact hello@lyrik.fm. The seller details below say who supplies the service.
- Terms version: 2026-10-27. We record the version and time when you agree. We ask again when the version changes.
Who can use lyrik
- You must be 13 or over. Keep access to your email and account secure. If you think someone else is using your account, contact us.
- If you use lyrik.fm inside a partner’s website, you sign in with your account there, and your lyrik account is linked to it. These Terms apply there too. The prices shown there are the prices you pay.
Your music stays yours
- You keep ownership of your music, lyrics and images. Before uploading, confirm that you own or have permission to use the recording, lyrics, artwork and photos. Include permission from collaborators and anyone else whose rights are involved.
- You give us permission to store and process those uploads only as needed to make, preview and deliver your video. We use the service providers described in our Privacy notice.
- You can use the finished video anywhere, including commercially for your own release, provided you have the necessary rights to its content. Creating a video does not grant rights to somebody else’s recording, composition, lyrics, images or likeness.
Credits and downloads
- New accounts receive 50 welcome credits, valid for 90 days. Syncing a song uses 10 credits. Style changes and previews are free. Prices and the credits needed are shown before you buy.
- Current credit packs: 500 credits for £4.99; 750 credits for £6.99; 1650 credits for £14.99 (£19.99 from 1 February 2027); 4500 credits for £39.99; 10000 credits for £59 (£99 from 1 February 2027). Paid credits do not expire. There is no subscription.
- November offer: until 23:59:59 UK time on Sunday 8 November 2026, the 4,500-credit pack is £27.99 (usually £39.99); in other currencies, the amount shown before you pay. A checkout page opened before the offer ends keeps its price while it stays open. Other packs and prices are unchanged.
- Add-on offer: for 4 hours after you first buy a song’s full lyric video with credits (on an account that has bought credits), that song’s first Spotify Canvas and first release promo are 30% off: 105 credits instead of 150, or 175 instead of 250 for a promo in all four formats. One of each per song, for that song only; the rest of that promo’s formats are 30% off too while the 4 hours run. An upgrade to 4K doesn’t restart the 4 hours, and the free clip or a download again doesn’t start them. If the video’s credits are returned (a refund or a failed render), the offer ends. If an add-on bought on it doesn’t render, ordering the same one again keeps its price. The price and the time left are shown before you buy.
- Our Refunds page explains failed downloads, cancellations and requests about unused credits.
Paying for credits
- Credit packs are paid for on a checkout page run by Stripe, using Stripe Managed Payments. For the payment itself, Stripe’s Onelink service is the merchant of record: the checkout and receipt show the purchase as sold through Onelink, and your statement shows LINK.COM followed by our name. Stripe works out and collects any sales tax, VAT or GST due where you live, sends the receipt and handles questions about the payment. We supply the credits and the videos and help with anything about them.
- Displayed prices include any tax due. The selected currency and final amount are shown before you pay. If you choose to pay in your own currency, the checkout page shows the converted amount, which can include a conversion fee, before you pay. Stripe’s own payment terms are shown at checkout.
Using and ending your account
- Follow our Acceptable use rules. Do not upload content without permission, abuse other people or try to bypass account security or payment checks.
- You can export your account data or delete your account in Account settings. Save the files you need before deletion. Some payment and audit records are kept separately where required; see our Privacy notice.
Referrals
- Where offered in Account, your link gives a new friend extra welcome credits. The link lasts for 30 days in their browser. Your reward follows their first paid credit pack; a free clip or spending existing credits does not qualify. The amounts are shown beside your link.
- Extra welcome credits follow the usual welcome-credit expiry. Referral rewards do not expire. You can earn up to 10 rewards in any 30 days. Self-referrals, repeat accounts and attempts to bypass eligibility checks do not qualify. Sign-ups without the referral browser cookie, or from the same network as the person who shared the link within the previous day, do not qualify.
- A refund of, or a dispute about, the qualifying payment within 60 days of that payment reverses the reward. Credits already spent may be recorded as owed against later credits. Your friends’ email addresses are never shown in your referral list.
