How credits work.
Good to know.
- HD or 4K: both the whole song. 4K adds pixels, not better audio or a sharper small cover. Which one to choose
- Upgrade for the difference. HD to 4K costs just the difference in credits.
- Captions and YouTube notes included. Every full video comes with caption files and a starting point for your YouTube title, description and chapters. Make a lyric video for YouTube
- If something goes wrong. A failed sync or download gives its credits back automatically. Contact us, or read the terms and refund policy.
Questions
Is there a monthly charge?
No. You buy credit packs when you need them.
Do paid credits expire?
No. Welcome credits have a separate expiry period shown on this page.
Will I pay again to download a purchase?
No. Anything you’ve bought can be downloaded again, or made again if the files have expired, at no extra cost.
How much does a lyric video cost?
The current HD, 4K and clip prices are shown above, alongside the credits each one uses. A full video includes one portrait clip. Syncing a new song is separate, and you can check the price before going ahead.
Why can a credit pack be different from the video price?
A pack tops up your account; a video uses credits from that balance. You may have credits left after a download, and paid credits stay in your account for next time.
Do previews and style changes use more credits?
No. Once your song is synced, checking the timing, trying styles and previewing are free. A new sync and paid downloads use the credits shown above.
Can I upgrade a clip to a full video?
Upgrade a clip you paid for to a full video for the difference: 350 credits for HD, or 550 credits for 4K. A free clip doesn’t count towards an upgrade: the full video after it is the full price.
Prices incl. tax. Choose your currency above. Other currencies may be offered at checkout. One welcome per person. Use your welcome credits within 90 days. Paid credits do not expire.
