Why do I have to top up more than my video costs?

Credits come in packs, so you may have some left over after a download. They stay in your wallet for next time. The Download step offers the smallest pack that covers what you need.

A 4K example

Say you’ve synced one song with your free credits, so you have 40 left. A 4K video uses 700, so you’re 660 short.

The 750-credit pack costs £6.99$7.99€7.99CA$11.99A$11.99 and covers it. After the video, you’d have 90 credits left for next time.

If your first clip is free, you don’t need to top up for it at all.

Top up

1. Open the Download step and check the price for your song.
2. Tap Add credits if your balance is short.
3. Choose a pack and check the total on the payment page.
4. Go back to your project and press the button shown. If your balance takes a moment to update, please don’t pay again.
