How do I add credits?

Inside Ditto, stay in its video maker and use your Ditto sign-in. Open the balance control for Your credits, choose Add credits, pick a pack and complete the payment page. Return to the video maker and check your balance and Recent activity. You do not need a separate site account.

Open 'Your credits', then choose 'Add credits'. Pick a pack and check the total on the payment page.

Payments go through Stripe. Prices include tax, and your receipt comes by email from Onelink, Stripe’s Managed Payments service. If your account got the welcome offer, your welcome credits cover your first 5 syncs and your first clip is free, so you don’t need to buy anything to try lyrik.

Add a pack

1. Sign into the account you want the credits added to.
2. Open 'Your credits' from the balance control.
3. Choose 'Add credits'.
4. Pick a pack. When you came from a purchase, the options start with the smallest pack that covers the shortfall.
5. Press the payment button and complete the payment page.
6. On return, check your balance and 'Recent activity'.

Paid credits never expire. A pack can leave credits for your next song. See Packs and prices.

If the page says 'Payments aren’t available right now. Try again in a few minutes.', follow that message. Check your activity before trying another payment.
