Can I upgrade to 4K, or from a clip to the full video?
You only pay the difference. What each upgrade costs.
Yes. On the same project, an upgrade costs just the difference between what you paid for and what you want.
| You already paid for | You want | Price | Credits |
|---|---|---|---|
| HD video | 4K video | £2.00$2.00€2.00CA$3.00A$3.00 | 200 |
| Clip on its own | Full HD video | £3.50$4.20€4.20CA$6.30A$6.30 | 350 |
| Clip on its own | Full 4K video | £5.50$6.20€6.20CA$9.30A$9.30 | 550 |
If your clip was free
The clip-to-full-video prices are for a clip you paid for. If your clip was your free first clip, the full video is the usual £4.99$5.99€5.99CA$8.99A$8.99 in HD or £6.99$7.99€7.99CA$11.99A$11.99 in 4K, and it comes with a clip of its own. The same goes for an extra clip: it doesn’t bring the full video’s price down.
How to upgrade
- Open the project you bought from.
- Go to the Download step and choose Full video.
- Pick HD or 4K and check the price shown.
- Confirm when the choice and the price look right.
Buying 4K gets you the HD version too. An upgrade only works on the same project: starting a new project with the same audio doesn’t carry your purchase over.
