How do I buy and download my video?
Check your format, clip and current price, then start the download.
To download the whole song, open your song in the studio, switch Play: Your clip | Whole song to Whole song, then choose Download and Full video. Switching the preview alone does not buy or download anything.
Download the whole song
- Open the song from Your videos. In the studio, choose Whole song beside Your clip under Play (or Preview on smaller layouts). On a phone, you can also tap the song timeline outside the clip bracket to preview the whole song.
- Press Download, then choose Full video.
- Choose HD 1080p (500 credits) or 4K (700 credits). Both include the whole song as a wide 16:9 MP4 and one tall 9:16 clip.
- Check Your clip, using Change it to pick the included clip's moment. Check the files, current price and required notices. Tick the boxes only when you agree, then use the main Download button.
- Add credits if needed. When the video is ready, use the download control beside each finished file.
Download just your clip
Choose Your clip to preview your selected moment, then Download → Just the clip. This is a tall 9:16 MP4, up to 60 seconds, for Shorts, Reels and TikTok. An eligible first clip is free; a standalone clip then costs 150 credits, or an extra clip from a song that already has one costs 100 credits.
Whole song in a 9:16 preview is only a preview: there is no full-length 9:16 lyric-video download. The whole-song download is 16:9.
Before confirming
Your project's current price is shown before you confirm. An existing purchase can reduce it; re-downloading a file you own is free. What your credits make lists the outputs and their credit costs.
If sign-in is needed inside Ditto, sign in through Ditto and reopen its video maker. Outside Ditto, use the site's sign-in. After adding credits, check whether your order has already started before pressing Download again.
You can leave the page once the order has started. Find finished files in Your videos. See Download again, Prices and Your files.
