Why is the Download button greyed out?

The button waits until your song and your choices are ready. Have a look at the message next to it before you press again.

On the Style step

1. Wait for your song to load and the style to settle.
2. Check your latest change has saved.
3. If the style you’re on can’t be used for this song, pick another one.

On the Download step

1. Choose the full video or the clip. For a full video, choose HD or 4K. Changing your choice doesn’t untick anything.
2. Tick the boxes right above the button: that you own the music or have permission, and, if the order spends credits, the download box. If one is still empty, you’ll see 'Tick the box above to continue.' or 'Tick the boxes above to continue.'
3. If your song is a cover, tick the cover box there too.
4. Sign in or add credits if the button asks you to. If your first clip is free, the button says so.

While your download starts, the button says 'Starting…'. If you see a message saying we’re at capacity, follow what it says. Please don’t try to buy again: nothing is lost.

If the button still won’t press, make a note of the message and contact us. Please don’t send us a sign-in code or card details.
