How do I get help from a person?

Email hello@lyrik.fm for help with lyrik.fm. A person reads every email, and we'll reply as soon as we can.

Include the useful details

1. Use the email address you sign in with.
2. Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
3. Include the song title, the exact on-screen message and the approximate time.
4. If it is a preview problem, add your device, browser, style and the moment in the song.

You can include a project link. Cloud project access still checks the owner account, so the link does not give someone else editing rights.

Do not send a sign-in code, a working sign-in email link, card details or an unreleased audio file. A screenshot of the message is usually more useful than the whole song.
