My render failed. What now?

If the Download screen says 'Something went wrong with the render.', reopen the song and check the message before starting another order.

What happens to the charge

• If part of a render doesn’t finish, we try it again automatically.
• If it still fails, you get back what you paid for it, in credits.
• If it was your free clip, you get your free clip back.
• If a 4K upgrade fails, an earlier HD purchase remains yours.

We’ll email you to say so. Tap your balance pill to see the credits back in Recent activity. A free clip comes back as a free clip, not as credits.

Try again

1. Reopen the same project.
2. Check your saved style and clip.
3. Open Download and read its current price.
4. Confirm if you want to try again.

You can use those credits, or your free clip, to try again. If a retry keeps failing, contact us with the project and exact message.

Please don’t send us a sign-in code, card number or unreleased audio.
