How do I download my video again?

Finished videos live in Your videos. Open Your account → Your videos, find the song, then open its downloads. Inside Ditto, Your videos is also above New video in the video maker; use the same Ditto sign-in that made the video.

Re-downloading files you already own does not spend credits. Sign into the account that owns the song first.

Find the files

1. Open 'Your videos' and find the project.
2. Open its downloads, or choose 'Open' and return to Download.
3. Use the download control beside each finished file.

If a file link has expired, reopen the project to get a fresh link. Do not bookmark a temporary file URL.

When files need preparing again

'Prepare again (free)' recreates the saved cloud order at no charge. It uses that order's original sync, style and clip choices. You can leave the page while it works.

'Render again' after changing the project is a different action. Check its selected output and price before confirming. Save existing files before making another version, because the Download screen lists the latest order.
