Making videos for artists you manage

Permissions, account ownership and limits when you work on more than one artist.

You can use the upload flow for a recording you control or have permission to use. Check that everyone involved has agreed before confirming the rights statement.

Keep the account clear

  1. Decide which account will own the projects and purchases.
  2. Use that account when uploading and returning to the songs.
  3. Download the finished files to share with your artist.
  4. Do not share sign-in codes or assume a project link grants another account editing access.

There are no business accounts, team seats, shared wallets or invoices at the moment, so use one account per artist. Credits and purchases belong to their account, and a new project has its own download purchases.

The service has daily and monthly limits on new syncs, the same for everyone, and can refuse work when it reaches capacity. Check the message on screen before planning a batch of releases. See Why can’t I start another video today?
