Do prices include tax, and where’s my receipt?

Credit-pack prices include applicable tax. Checkout shows the total before you pay.

Your receipt

Credit packs use Stripe Managed Payments through Onelink. Stripe sends the payment receipt by email through Link, including a PDF. A tax invoice is provided where required. See Stripe's payment guide and tax guidance.

lyrik also sends a confirmation when credits are added. That message and your credit history do not replace the payment receipt.

Find a missing receipt

1. Check the email address used at checkout, including junk mail.
2. Open your credits panel and check Recent activity for the top-up.
3. Use the order help in the receipt or Onelink support for payment documents.
4. For missing credits, email hello@lyrik.fm with your account email, payment date and reference.
