I didn’t get the sign-in email

Give it a minute, then check your spam and promotions folders for an email with the subject 'Your lyrik sign-in code' followed by six digits.

What to check

1. Wait a minute. Email can take a little while.
2. Search your inbox for 'lyrik'. The subject is 'Your lyrik sign-in code: 123456' (with your own code), or 'Your lyrik code: 123456' if a song is waiting for you.
3. Look in spam, junk and promotions folders.
4. Check the address you typed. If it’s wrong, tap Use a different email.
5. Still nothing? Ask for a new code: tap Use a different email, type your address again and tap Send my code. If your song is waiting, tap Send it again on its card instead.

Good to know

• A quick robot check runs before we send. If it didn’t pass, no email was sent: you’ll see 'The robot check didn’t pass. Try it again.'
• We send at most 5 emails an hour to one address, and 20 an hour to one network.
• The code and the link last 10 minutes. If you find the email later, ask for a new one.
• After you ask again, use the code in the newest email. Older codes stop working.
• When it arrives, mark it as not spam so the next one lands in your inbox.

If something goes wrong

• 'We’ve sent a few codes already. Check your inbox, or try again in an hour.' You’ve reached the limit for this hour. Check your inbox and spam for the newest email, or wait an hour.
• 'We couldn’t send the email just now. Try again in a minute.' Our email service didn’t take it. Wait a minute and try again.
• 'The robot check didn’t pass. Try it again.' Try again. If it keeps failing, turn off your ad blocker for lyrik.
• 'lyrik is in private beta for now. Ask us for an invite and we’ll let you in.' lyrik is now in open beta, so anyone can sign up. Reload the page and try again, and if you still see it, contact us. See Is lyrik.fm in beta? Can anyone sign up?
• Nothing after an hour. Your email provider may be blocking it. Try another address, or email hello@lyrik.fm.
