Split-flap and LED sign lyric video

Departure turns a lyric into a destination board. Flipping characters and glowing signs give each line the rhythm of an arrival or a departure.

Morrow Circuit · Light in the Wire · original instrumental, no vocal, words timed by hand · sound on play

The board carries the story

Try the mechanical flip treatment for a tactile, letter-by-letter feel, or an LED look for a brighter sign. The gaps between lines are part of the atmosphere, leaving space for the next arrival.

Set the scene with your cover

Departure builds the scene around your cover art, so there’s nothing else to upload. A simple cover lets the board stay dominant; a detailed one makes the surrounding scene busier.

Read the longest destination

The lyric still has to fit the sign. Preview a long line before choosing the clip, and check the portrait layout on a small screen. Colour can suggest a late platform or a warmer roadside scene without changing the words.

Shuffle changes the camera, the view out of the window, and the sign and the lights when they’re on Our pick. Anything you’ve picked yourself stays.

These are the current editor choices. Some fonts depend on the letters in your song; the editor checks them before you choose.
