How do my 5 free syncs work?

If your account gets the welcome offer, you start with 50 free credits. Each new sync uses 10, so that’s 5 syncs on us. A sync is one track lined up to its lyrics.

Using them

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Tap your balance pill to see your free credits and when they expire.
3. Upload a song. You’ll see what the sync costs before it starts.

Your free credits last 90 days. We spend them before any credits you’ve bought, and bought credits never expire. If a sync fails, its credits come back to you, with the same expiry as before.

Your first clip is free too

If your account got the welcome offer, your first clip on its own is free. If it fails to render, you get it back. See Your first clip for the details.

The free credits are for your syncs, and the free clip is one clip. Full videos are paid for with credits as usual.
