The analysis is stuck at 99% or on ‘Getting started…’

The percentage is our best guess, so it can pause near the end while the last step finishes. A pause doesn’t mean your song has failed.

Check your project

1. Give it a few more minutes, and watch the message and the time it has been running.
2. Once your file has uploaded, you can close the page. The analysis runs on our side, not in your browser.
3. Come back through Your videos, signed in to the same account. Reloading a project doesn’t start the analysis again or charge you twice.
4. If you see an error, follow what it says. If the analysis failed, Try again starts a new go, and the credits for the failed one come back to you.

If you’ve hit a daily or monthly limit, you’ll see a message saying so as soon as the analysis starts. A long 'Getting started…' isn’t a limit.

Coming back later

When the analysis finishes, we can email you 'Your song is synced'. You can also go straight back from Your videos.

If nothing has changed after a reload, contact us with the project link, the step it’s on and how long it has been showing. Please don’t upload more copies while you wait.
