What do you store about me and my music, and where?

What the product stores, which services process it and the controls in your account.

Your account stores the information needed to sign you in, keep your songs and record purchases. This guide describes the current product; the draft Privacy page contains the policy details still under legal review.

What is stored

  • Your account email, sign-in provider links, sessions and hashed sign-in credentials.
  • Credit history, purchases and payment-provider references.
  • Uploaded audio, lyrics, artwork, analysis, sync edits and style choices.
  • Your upload rights confirmation and versioned Terms acceptance.
  • Email preferences, queued service messages and delivery records.
  • Security, support and audit records, and product events linked to project hashes.

Cloud projects and downloads check the signed-in owner. Earlier analysis is reused only from an eligible ready project on that same account.

Where processing happens

The cloud service uses Vercel for the app, Neon for the database, Cloudflare R2 for files, Modal for processing, Stripe for payments, Resend for email and Cloudflare Turnstile for the robot check. Optional cookieless Vercel Web Analytics measures eligible public pages. See Cookies and storage.

Provider locations, contractual data-use terms and some retention periods remain under review in the draft notice. This guide does not make a no-training promise.

Your controls

Open Your account to change your email, export account data, manage email preferences or delete the account. Use Your videos to delete a project. See Account controls and How long files are kept.

Signing out or closing a private window does not delete account records. For a privacy question, email hello@lyrik.fm.
