Where is everything in the style studio?

The studio puts the preview and style controls in different places to fit your window. Your style choices carry across when the layout changes.

On a computer

A window at least 1024 px wide and 540 px tall gets the desktop editor. Its panels scroll separately.

• Left: choose a style under Pick a style.
• Centre: watch the preview and adjust your clip on the timeline. ? opens keyboard shortcuts and Present gives the preview more room.
• Right: change Font, Colour · from your cover and Lyric size. Open More ways to tweak it for further controls. Background or clip controls can move here when space is tight.
• Bottom: return with Back to sync, choose the shape under See it as, switch Your clip or Whole song, and open Download. The save note changes from Saving… to Saved.

On a tablet or in a small window

The page scrolls. The preview, clip timeline, styles and main controls follow one another. More ways to tweak it opens below them.

The download panel keeps Format, Preview and Download together. A short window, including a phone turned sideways, can use this layout too.

On a phone

Tap Style, Font, Colour, Size, Clip or More below the preview to open that control's sheet. Close it by tapping its tab again, the grip or the dimmed area above it.

The Clip sheet has the timeline. Tap outside the chosen clip to preview the whole song; tap the clip's name to return to looping it. See Whole-song preview.

Format and Download sit below the tabs. Picking a style closes the Style sheet so you can watch it.

Useful details

With a keyboard, press ? for keyboard shortcuts. Mouse users can hover over options for a tip. Touch users can open More options for guidance.

If resizing moves the controls, your choices remain. If a preview stays grey or keeps loading, see Preview will not load.
